A class might be helpful because common sense is not so common.
Guess first we need to provide a class for common sense. I would say, it doesn't matter how much some people are told, common sense is still hard to process. One would think this would be a common human trait.....it isn't.

We assume criminals are innocent until proven guilty. The media very carefully preference the supposed wrongdoings with “alleged.â€
I think we owe police officers the same consideration, the same assumption of innocence.
Can't we teach cops to do a better job subduing people without killing them though? Aim for a knee cap or something.
Actually, this latest one the officer thought both of them were going threw the window. He was trying to prevent that and the problem got worse, when the guy refused to surrender.
Too many people who have no business being police officers, are becoming police officers. People with hair triggers and massive egos.
well, blame the communities then, b/c they are lowering their test standards to obtain minorities...and that sir or madam, is a fact.....
for example, Question, "Have you done drugs in the past 5 years?" Now it's have you done drugs in the past 2 years, etc.
