Another justified shooting if you take time to read the article. They guy did have a gun. The cop told him numerous times to freeze and put his hands up. He fought hand to hand with the cop even spilling into someone's house. I know some people want the police to just let minorities commit crimes, but that's not going to happen.
Like the officer would have acted differently if the guy was white. The bottom line is he was giving the chance to obey police orders several times and then struggled with police and now he is dead, end of story.
