It's a really tough call, but they made it. Unfortunately, something that is very good (like the First Amendment) can also be misused. Other countries, particularly Britain and some in Europe, who don't have our First Amendment, allowed far too much and now are dealing with almost insurmountable problems.
Radical Muslims have said for years that they will use our own laws to make their inroads and they are doing it.
Ya, a corporation called Kennesaw, is not like a state or the United States. It is a corporation, meaning a person according to the supreme court. With board members they can limit what they wish within the corporations owned land.

Actually after reading your post, it probably isn't a good idea. Or, they could sue, win and say no thank-you.
Good. Now if only they would say no to any churches that may already be there. No town really needs any of that stuff, anyway. There are much better uses for land.
