While I am a conservative I believe that having a truly one sided politicial gov't would be a dictorship.
Therefore, we do need different perspectives on how to run the country and yes I do associate and respect others who don't follow my politicial way of thinking.

I think many people really do think reasonably like this. The dark side of corporate media is how it manipulates some people into thinking that someone must take an extreme position, rather than searching for a better solution that may take the best of many ideas. But the more reasonable voices can get drowned out.

I don't know if there are " other sides" anymore, I think bloggers would like to think there are but in reality, politicians serve themselves before they serve their constituents.
