No, you are not guilty if you are targeted. Unfortunately for you, we are innocent in this country until proven guilty. I'm a conservative and still believe in the principle of "innocent until proven guilty". Sorry if you don't.

If these go to a jury trial they will most likely be found not guilty. Someday the cops will learn that no knock raids are risky and useless. They need to leave their "macho man" back in the locker room.
That's because if they do talk instead of busting down the door, the event doesn't result in a shooting. But most SWAT are macho men. Macho men don't talk. They bust down doors.

Don't know about you....but the common thing to do when some men with full auto weapons supprize you is to first of all say "oh ***k"!!!

That would clearly be answered by reading the large print on their body armor. If you are too daft to read....the loud commands "POLICE... SEARCH WARRANT... GET DOWN ON THE GROUND NOW" should suffice.....
This happens quite often. SWATs are totally out of control and destroy lives with impunity. LE has an irrational fixation on drug raids. Maybe it's because they want to steal your money.

Nothing I've seen says they said anything about being police or having a search warrant or wearing large print on their body armor. Where did you read that?
