Retaliation.

When the government is unlimited, there are no limits on how they will violate those who make them angry.

So if you break the law and then turn your guns on government officials, you get put on a terrorist list?

Good. Serves him right.

Too bad he is not a gang member or a Muslim. He wouldn't have to worry.

I don't know what gang members or Muslims have to do with this discussion. Or each other, for that matter.

Reporter and journalist James Rosen was deemed an enemy by Eric holder who judge shopped and lied about Rosen to get a tap. Said he was a flight risk among other false offenses.

These days buying gun for a kid could fall under, 'straw buyer' rule. How would you like to spend all your life savings on a lawyer over years of appeals to argue. Even if you eventually won, you couldn't afford to buy a gun. This is then announced as, 'we aren't trying to take your guns away'.

Turning your guns on the government the same as holding a firearm in the presence of the government?

"If you break the law and turn your guns on government officials"? Gang members qualify as do some Muslims. Hope you have the same opinions about them.

A 12 year old kid was just shot and killed for a lot less than what went down at Bundy's ranch.

When you break the law and rally your followers to show up armed to prevent the enforcement of that law, yes, you might have to accept some consequences.
