Amen, but I would add every relative on the force should be fired with them as well. All relatives should be permanently barred from applying, and all other pds, should barr them from employment.

People are forgetting these are public servants. When they start denying police protection to a segment of the city or the city as a whole they should be fired. We don't need those people on our streets.
Every time Deblazio shows up, the cops should turn their backs to him. They won't stop doing their jobs, ain't happening. But Deblazo hates them and they should take every opportunity to let him know what they think of him.

There is nothing wrong with investigating a police force, NYC did it before and had no problem arresting corrupt officers.
