U.S. judge throws out Arizona sheriff's immigration suit against Obama
A federal judge on Tuesday threw out a lawsuit brought against Barack Obama by an Arizona police chief who called the U.S. president's sweeping immigration reforms unconstitutional, saying the plaintiff lacked legal standing in the case.
An Arizona federal judge in May 2013 ruled that deputies of Arpaio's office had racially profiled Latino drivers.
The judge ordered that race no longer be used as a factor in law enforcement decisions and appointed a court monitor to oversee Arpaio's operations.
I can't even remember the last time that a judge had enough sense to throw out a frivolous lawsuit,good for him! With all the asinine lawsuits filed anymore,throwing out cases should be an everyday thing!
As for this racist SCUMBAG sheriff,he should have lost his job long ago,he is a psycho nut job!

One of my daughters is married to a black Jamaican. They have two beautiful brown sons. She will not take her kids on holidays in the USA and I don't blame her a bit. They have never ever been subjected to any kind of racism here in Canada and she wants to keep it that way. The USA is just one sad and mightily screwed up place.

No. If it's illegal the courts should deal with it. Congress already made laws against illegal immigration. Obama just won't enforce them and now he made his own law on the issue.

In the past ICE has deported illegals back to 189 different countries. 189 different countries covers every race, religion and ethnicity. All illegals have this in common---they have no business being here and need to leave.
