The Fed has been manipulating interest rates for years, so you can't blame one party for that. The Fed is simply trying to do what they can to save face... It is a reactionary manipulation to the underlying realities.
Your dates are way off again. The Democrats took control in Jan 2007.

Don't believe it. Much of the increase in GDP and jobs over the last few years has come from the increase in oil production from fracking. With crude oil prices down over 50% since last summer, some of those jobs have already been cut back, with many more to come. And then the support jobs that supported that drilling, including hotels, restaurants, construction, business services, etc. will be cut too.

If there is anything we all should have learned since 2008, it is that our economists and economic experts are not capable of forecasting the future. Humans are in fact terrible at predicting the future in any endeavor, whether it be economics, politics, sports, the weather (and the climate), etc. We have consistently demonstrated that we just cannot do it. Not reliably or in a manner that is trustworthy, in any case.

True.

But not nearly to the extent that hatred does.

To be fair, Republicans, in their effort to make Obama a one-term president, did their best to prolong the misery of the Great Recession as best they could. Fillibusters, shutdowns, sequester cuts, they threw monkey wrench after monkey wrench at the fragile economy, in an effort to keep it from getting to this point. They failed (it's in the GOP's blood to fail) but it wasn't for lack of effort.

So, Democrats' hatred of Bush...is the cause for them being so irrational with Obama? Obama out Bushes Bush on almost all of the issues that they and Obama complained about Bush for...and they don't care. Democrats have become unhinged from positions and issues more so than the Republicans.

So you're finally seeing how the conservative pr machine was pretty much wrong on all accounts about Obama? Bush Jr was center right, Obama is center left.
