Yet you're spending a lot of time on me.

Some sensitive types got their fragile feelings bruised, is why. Their favorite middle eastern myth has come under criticism. Good thing Tyson isn't the director of a planetarium in Paris.

Our favorite "middle eastern myth" did not come under criticism, we did.

Of course I would not have expected you or the other boobs defending this fool to understand that.

You're taking it way too personally.

Speaking of boobery, what was that about denying Dr Tyson's background in astrophysics, again?

Carry on.

There is more at the link. Tyson is a mega-troll, but who knew before this year? In any case, we all know now. Tyson picked 2014 to come out as a troll in true high profile splendor.

I love the the person that tweeted back at him

“Hi @neiltyson, trolling Christians on Dec. 25 is so EDGY,” wrote one. “Please
let me know when you troll Muslims on Ramadan. Merry Christmas!”

Priceless. Liberals in this country are cowards. They bash christianity because they know most chrisitans won't do anything to them or don't care. But they won't dare say anything about Muslims or Islam.

I don't celebrate Ramadan or Hanukkan either but I don't waste time bashing other people's faith on Twitter. Atheist come off as very insecure in their own faith(atheistism) when they have to go out of their way to belittle something they apparently don't believe in, so why would they waste time worrying about it?

That response to him was perfect.

Why do Christians waste time worrying about what some atheists worry about?

I can't speak for anyone but me, but as an atheist, I have very few worries. Lacking any religious beliefs gives me a whole lot less to be concerned with. Of course, believers might take comfort in their faith and that's a good thing.

Not at all accurate. I'm enjoying the hypersensitive phony outrage it generated among the overly self-conscious.
