Prosecutor did her job near as I can tell-I dont recall any huge mistakes making the news. While I suspect he was guilty, it looks like their was insufficient evidence.
There wasn't any evidence to find him guilty of murder.

People who defended this violent moron should be ashamed of themselves. It is beyond me why a nutcase like this is allowed to have a gun. He's going to harm or kill another person eventually.
Earlier this year, Police found him parked behind Popano Pat's a local retail ammo and cycle shop. This is the shop that offered to replace the gun that was used to shoot Martin. He claimed he worked for the store as a security guard. The store denied this.
