That's not true or fair. They absolutely love and adore their children.

So the whole spiel about not wanting to hurt the children at the school was complete BS.
Yes, they are using their freedom of speech. Just like the AFA or FRC can use their freedom of speech to vilify homosexuals. Just like preachers preaching that gays should be rounded up and put behind a fence and left to die.

You may not agree with the way they are using it, but that's life. I don't like the way some others use theirs.

I have to question why ANY gay man would invest his time, money and emotions in an organization that demonizes his very existence. People SHOULD only support organizations or people who support them. He really kind of deserves this treatment. Perhaps it will open his eyes.
Weird comparisons in this thread. This isn't about the kid, it's about the parents. It's not like sending a kid away from an all girls school because the kid is a boy, it's like sending a kid away from an all girls school because she has a divorced father and absentee mother.

Anyway, I'm not sure what their point was by trying to send the kid to school other than maybe it's just a decent school in an area where there aren't any others. In some of those bible belt places, they might as well have tried to enroll the kid in a snake pit.

It is a private school. They have that right to deny service to individuals. If you really want a good private school then go to a secular one or a christian school that doesn't care as much. Or go to a public school and take AP classes

Why?

The quality of the education is superior to public schools.

That's why.

Why is it "bigoted" for a religious Christian school to stand up for their beliefs? Should we force a Jewish based school to baptize their students or take communion? She we force a Muslim school to serve pork or force female students not to wear a hijab? Their are laws agaisnt child sexual predators from working around children, according to liberal logic those laws are bigoted. The bible calls homosexuality an abomination, why the hell would two gays try to enroll their child into a Christian school anyway? sounds like two deviants trying to cause trouble, they would never try this crap with Muslims.
