Another storm that wasn't.

Another weather forecast based on computer models that failed to be accurate even 2 hours prior to the "storm".

Please explain how you keep the faith in these computer models for predicting the climate 50 years from now.

Remember, you're the believer....you're the ones who support taxation and regulation based on these models, so you must convince me why I should be taxed based on them.

Yes, I agree they are worthless. Here I was expecting 3" of snow this morning and it's now 55 degrees outside.

Are you trying to conflate weather prediction with climate change? Weather prediction is a forecast of the future.... Climate change is based on measurement of what's already happened in the past.

What every political points you think you're scoring with the flat-Earthers is really at the risk of anyone with a brain taking you seriously...

Well----- the computer model that forecast the storm that just went through the heartland was pretty much smack on.

Even before the storm fully reached our area, a snow emergency was declared based on the "model", and greatly restricted car travel and guess what, they have the roads reasonably passable already.

So the score is tied at 1 to 1

Yes he is. He hates the science of climatology because it's findings contradict the lies of the Republicans he cheerleads for.

I just googled 'computer model'. I am appalled at what came up. I am through page 14, and I am still appalled.

Really? Because I have a foot and a half of snow on the ground and it's still snowing.

Then turn off your radio and TV when the weather report is given. Be sure to not listen to tornado warnings, etc....because..........they might not be pinpoint accurate. Just use your window instead.

Problem solved for you.

"Climate change is based on measurement of what's already happened in the past."

Then why do the constantly "predict" what is going to happen in the future?

The foot of snow (on top of the accurately predicted 2 feet last week) outside my house right now doesn't exactly support your conclusions.
