I am all for helping the Kurds, I think there should be a real push for them to have their own country. I am for helping them as much as we can, though I personally don't want to see us getting into another ground war.

I'm for helping the Kurds too. Just not with ground troops.

Um, no we didn't.

We contributed to it but so did a host of other countries including Iraq, Iran, most of Europe and so on and so forth.

This stuff goes back to the Ottoman Empire and before.

Then you have the whole pesky Iraq invasion of Kuwait.

And so on and so forth.

P.S. South Korea and western europe are doing pretty well to this day. Thanks!

How about we evacuate the Kurds, nuke Iraq, and that will be that?

Seems to me a heck of a lot of countries are sitting back waiting for the US to whip out the federal checkbook and bankroll the fight.

Yep. And plenty of dumb Americans are all too happy to oblige.

But open their checkbooks to fix American problems? They get an immediately case of apoplexy.

Iraq shares borders with Jordan, Syria, Turkey , Iran and Saudi Arabia. Israel is less than 500 miles away. What could go wrong?

Use a "Hiroshima bomb". It won't damage Israel, but it WILL end the problem.

And who cares about the other countries? Most of the people there are Jew-hating, America-hating radicals who kill and persecute each other anyways. Sorry, but we don't win wars by being nice and PC. We win by crushing the enemy--taking away their means and will to fight.

Murder innocent people in a four mile radius?

Is it ok if someone decided to do that to Israel too...or just the brown people?

Many Israelis/Jews are brown. People seem to forget that. I'm one of them.

And I, for one, wish that the A-Bomb had been dropped on Germany too, during WW2, if they hadn't lost the war first before we unlocked its full potential and used it on Japan. So it has nothing to do with race.

Just because someone is brown doesn't inherently make them "good", and just because someone is White or Christian doesn't inherently make them "bad", contrary to what the liberals believe nowadays.
