Hey great Cherry PIcking. its nice you were able to ignore stories such as the woman shot as she adjusted her bra holster, another women shot by her toddler.

At least I'm not so afraid when I leave my home that I feel the need to carry a firearm.
Ya know, I was once like you.. I was young and strong and I didn't fear anyone. Now I'm older and I can't defend myself with my hands anymore. If I hit someone, it does more damage to my hand than it does to my attacker. So am I to just be victimized for my age? I don't live in fear of the shadows, but I'm a realist. I am vulnerable and I know it. I will carry my firearm and I really don't care what you or anyone else thinks. I will not be a victim.
And as soon as you hear a bump in the night you'll be speed dialing 911 to call one of those weak and pitiful people to come save you.
Or they might realize that it was just a bump in the night and that there isn't some boogeyman out to get them at every turn and will probably get struck by lightening before they ever need somebody with a gun.
People who feel the need to carry a gun around are weak and pitiful.
I'm a 100lb woman....(No not really, but I hope, or at least you should get the point) (lets HOPE)
Not everyone is big and burley like you are...
