I think people who are arguing that minimum wage should be $15 an hour are shooting too low. Who can live on that? I think it should be more like $20. What do you think?

Why do you feel something like this that is being discussed in more than one thread is so important that you have to start a new one? Are you special and can't just add to an existing one? You need your own?

Why not $1000?

Might as well destroy the entire economy all at once, rather than drag it out for a year or two.

$20 an hour is reasonable compensation. $1,000 an hour is loony.

I have made well over minimum wage my entire working life, Katz. Why are you making a personal attack though? If you were a democrat, you'd get an infraction for that.

Let it be based on geography & cost of living.

$20/hr for min wage is too excessive if you're in rural Arkansas where the cost of living is cheap, but a $20/hr min wage would be nice in places like NYC or San Francisco.
