Yes I did. If Holder want's to make an issue about city's and municipalities using it's residents as revenue generators than he better investigate NYC and start with former Mayor Mike Bloomberg and current Mayor deBlasio.
I don't know why everyone is so shocked by this report. City's have been doing this to residents for YEARS! It's not a practice that I agree with and it has nothing to do with racism on the part of Fergueson Police.

Personally; I am not interested in talking to looters; arsonist and cop assaulters and those who support them based on what happened years ago. My ancestors came to America from the suppression they suffered. I cannot excuse my behaviour based no that nor others excuses.
Remember if you look up the definition of the word racist you will see stating the facts as a definition. If you state any facts expect to be called a racist..its the way it goes in todays world.
How about blacks get over it. First blacks used the slavery card, now they play the KKK and Jim Crow card. All of those events are done. I wasn't alive for any of those events and I don't know any one else that was either. The President of the United States is black and is the mot powerful man in the world yet blacks still cry racism and placism and white people are holding them back. It's nonsense. the only person capable of holding another person back is themselves.

Organized crime gang for the most part, but they also have elements of a juvenile gang. Such as random shootings.
In what capacity do they resemble both types of gangs? Juvenile gangs for the most part don't commit random shootings. They have specific targets related to turf.
And further, I cannot remember an article, news story, blog post, or any form of media in recent memory that mentions any police officer shooting persons at random. I do think there was a story maybe 10 to 15 years ago where a cop snapped and shot up his police station, but shooting people at random. Just standing on the street corner, closing their eyes, and firing away huh? Care to back up those claims with proof?
