He's babbling. He's NEVER gonna leave the Republican Party.
What he'll do is maybe end the donations nor will he publicly support any candidates. He'll have the spiel down pat.
But he's gonna go in the voting booth and pull the lever for the Republicans every time. All day long. Republicans have been running their mouths for years about how disgusted and frustrated they are with the party and how they're gonna leave it blah, blah, blah.
Then as soon as the elections come around, they're voting Republican as they always do.
He's supported the Republicans far longer than the last 4 years and he never mentions how he would alternatively vote so most likely it will be (R) because that is where the most money is for him.

What took him so long. I left a long time ago. Tired of the neo-conservatives. Tired of the leftward drift of the Republican Party. You lefties say, "Oh, you're extremists". No, we are traditional conservatives. We've ALWAYS been this way. Your leftie politicians are just moving the whole political spectrum incrementally to the left and we are not willing to go along with it. You're leaving us. You're the extremists....
