The UN is irrelevant these days since they have gone way beyond their charter.

This is just more proof that the UN needs to be shut down. Its not as simple as calling it a decline in quality as that has been happening for decades. It's a ineffective money pit with talking heads that do absolutely nothing.

Again A country that doesn't allow a woman to own herself can't be ahead of one that does.

UN Human Rights Commission on the Status of Women - this is the group that Hillary Clinton was the keynote speaker for last week. Grand bunch of folks and she fit right in.

Demonstrates that the UN exists in a fanatsy land its shares with obama and is endorsed by the main stream media propaganda machine.

You essentially have third world paleoliths dressed in suits telling us the sky is falling, our elections are corrupt and think they are the final word on any perceived racial blowup, gun control and climate change. Meanwhile the world is burning and these guys don't even smell the smoke of feel the heat. Absolutely irrelevant to reality.

Get them the heck out of NYC and abolish the position of US delegate to the UN.

The UN is the bastion of self important village idiots pretending to be relevant. Obama fits right in.

They all belong in Brussels or Paris.

I voted yes. However, if "jumping the shark" means putting yourself in a position where you cannot be taken seriously, the U.N. "jumped the shark" in NOvember 19733 when it applauded a viciously anti-Jewish diatribe by a Saudi minister. And then with the "Zionism is racism" vote.

The U.N. has been over the boat's wake since.
