I saw this news item yesterday where a classical composer performing at Lincoln Center in New York City used the event to take a shot at Rush Limbaugh

The Paris show got Mr. Adams thinking about the continuing physical and mental brutality against women not just in enclaves of the Middle East but also in America — for example, he said, on the airwaves that carry Rush Limbaugh.

It got me thinking about events like the Academy Awards and other events where liberals have often injected politics into non-political venues. I am sure some can find examples of conservatives doing this, but it seems that liberals are guilty of this much more often.
I considered it bad form to preach your politics at non-political events to a captive audience.
