To be fair: word is even the "Cape Town Coloureds" ain't "Black" enough for many Black Africans to accept them as brothers tho they'd be considered to be "Black" in the US, like our POTUS. Obama would be "Coloured" in Kenya.

In my experience what qualifies as white and black shifts throughout the world. I am speaking of people from Africa that are primarily of European stock.
