as long as i can get along with them and they do not mind being neighborly, then it will not matter what race they are.

FYI: I do "not have" to do anything I do not choose to do and I choose to not use any of your list.

But it really has to be equal.
Right now all my neighbors are white or Asian/Indian.
Pretty sure my neighborhood has a very diverse cross section.
We have whites here from all over the globe. Russia, all parts of the UK.
We have middle easterners, with women in scarfs.
We have Bodie, who is the funniest coolest guy you will every meet. He is as black as midnight on a moonless night and he is from Kenya.
We have legal and illegal hispanic.
Asians and Indians.
Then there are the normal spoiled white & black Americans, showing them how to be free in the land of the free.
A friendly face, a good person and one who takes care of their property is my choice. I could care less about the ethnic background. Oh, but it would help if they were sports fans and Republicans, we would have something to discuss when we meet in the front yard or get together for a drink and I don't mean alcohol necessary.
The racial make-up of my current neighborhood has less to do with racism and more to do with $$$$$.
