Well no one wants to talk about the Black slave masters. Pretend they never existed..right ?
In New Orleans alone there were 3000 free Blacks that owned slaves.
The census records show just how many free Blacks owned slaves.
Even shows that free Blacks owned White slaves.
Why has our K-12 history been whitewashed to the extent it is ?
Most never venture deeper into history than what they learn in K-12.
Blacks today should be asking themselves if they are a descendent of a "slave" or a "master".
