Vatican officially recognizes Palestine while Israel fumes. (Palestinians, middle east, death)

The Vatican has become the latest country to recognize the state of Palestine, after a new treaty was finalized on Wednesday. Unsurprisingly Israel has hit out at the move, saying that it damages prospects for peace in the region.

There's no such thing as a "right to exist." The United States doesn't even have that right. No nation does.

They could get along but the underlying desire of the surrounding countries to get rid of all non Muslims in the middle east will prevent any long term peace.
