While I wholeheartedly agree that blurring out boobs in a painting is a bit of puritanical silliness, I would hardly think it meets the definition of "political correctness".

I saw the story on HLN (CNN light) yesterday, and they did not blur the breasts. No part of the painting was blurred or out of camera.
