It is very easy for a stranger to treat someone with disrespect. It happens. It's happened to me.

Not nay more than city wise guy/ thug culture. So no. In fact you will find what is called black culture varies by region has much a white culture. Which you think is best depends on you. Martin Luther king was raised in the southern bible belt as its called and Sharpton was in the NE; you judge which was raised in better culture by out come as far as black cultures.

Since you brought it up...

When you consider that without a doubt one of the greatest non-violent human rights movement arose from a so-called "southern redneck culture" and gave birth to not only Martin Luther King, Jr, Ralph Abernathy, Fred Shuttlesworth, Fanny Lou Hamer, Medgar Evers, John Lewis, James Bevel, Andrew Young, Medgar Evers, Hosea Williams, Gloria Richardson, and Dorothy Height it kind of makes you wonder why we haven't produce more Afro-Americans infused with southern redneck culture?

Lil Wayne and Jeff Foxworthy are both from The Deep South, yet I doubt very much they share the same culture.

If African Americans and Whites in the U.S were so culturally similar to each other, African American/White couples would be the number 1 most common interracial combo in America but it's not. Statistically on average Whites are more likely to mix with Asians and Latinos than they are with African Americans.

I have a hard time understanding inner-city Blacks who use a lot of slang. Same as Hillbillies and Rednecks with deep accents so I can see the connection.

The prevalence of female-headed families among those descended from slavery in America is the result of the slavery itself and the century of racism since. Black women today do not chose to be single mothers because of a fondly remembered tradition handed down from Africa.

You do not appear to be aware of how strongly black men and black women in America have tried to maintain husband-wife/father-mother families in America despite slavery and racism.
What happened after the 1950-1960 when marriage rates peaked Black and White women, then totally collapsed for black women?

Yet interracial dating/interracial marriages between hillbillies/rednecks and ghetto Blacks from the hood is extremely rare. If they were so culturally alike they would be racially mingling with each other a lot more.
