If it wasn't horrible, it wouldn't be a secret. Sounds like a certain party's plan for healthcare in the country - a disaster.

Cruz never claimed he read all of the secret parts of a draft. Moreover, from his own web site, updated two days ago:

"Senator Cruz has not taken a position either in favor or against TPP."
