Yes! The media presents and hypes "white transgressions" and hides everyone elses' to get people riled up against whites. This is why I call them the progressive's foot soldiers.
When any particular demographic shows a pattern of criminal behavior, it is relevant.
Obviously. Some people just feel uncomfortable discussing the patterns of behavior this demographic group displays. They'd rather pretend that it's White people causing mayhem all around the country.
Corporal punishment would do wonders for bringing this type of behavior to an end.
It'd certainly be better than what we (progressives in charge) do-justifying it by blaming the behavior on "poverty" or the everlasting "white supremacy" and "white privilege".

In the US you get some semi-serious charge, plea bargain down to a minor misdemeanor and do a little community service. This continues time after time until criminals get serious and do armed robbery/murder/rape, etc.
