"ExxonMobil, the world’s biggest oil company, knew as early as 1981 of climate change – seven years before it became a public issue, according to a newly discovered email from one of the firm’s own scientists. Despite this the firm spent millions over the next 27 years to promote climate denial."

Exxon knew of climate change in 1981, email says

Exxon also insures, through the purchase of the Republican Party, that alternative energy investment is minimal, as far as Federal dollars are concerned.

Maybe its time to get the government out of the energy biz. Neither party is interested in making the world a better place.
But by all means keep dreaming.

Why is that a requirement to complain about the stranglehold the oil industry has put on our nation the past century-most notably the two largest nationless companies-Exxon Mobile, originally started by Rockefellers and BP Royal Dutch Shell, originally started by the Rothschilds.

Maybe we would have better public transportation, especially electric trolleys, if it weren't for these tyrants. Maybe we would have electric cars and cars running on altenative fuel. Actually-Tesla would have been given more funding for his free energy theory if it weren't for the banksters/oilgarchs.

Americans used to ride cheap trolleys. Then we burned them - Fuel Freedom Foundation

Yeah sure

Can't you just accept the fact that solar and over renewable energy sources are not widely competitive with fossils yet? Even with subsidies?

You expect a brand new, emerging technology to start out as being "competitive" with fossil fuels?

I can only hope you are being facetious.

Have they figured out as late as 2015 it is BS?
