I'm sick of all these PC conservatives getting offended by everything and trying to eliminate freedom of speech and expression. Back in 2011 they called for the Richmond Federal Reserve bank to remove a rainbow flag during gay pride month. Recently conservatives have gotten offended by a picture taken of gays holding up the rainbow flag resembling the famous Iwo Jima picture. Then they were offended that the White House was rainbow colored after the supreme court ruling, but not red white and blue on the Fourth of July. Now there calling for rainbow flags to be removed...every where (Rainbow Flag Should Be Next To Go, Says Conservative Commentator). Conservatives are obsessed with being politically correct and are easily offended by everything, and they are trying to violate the 1st amendment because of that.
The only flags that should be flying on government buildings are the official flags of the US, the applicable state, and the applicable municipality.
White light is the composed of all the colors of the rainbow, as anyone that has ever seen a prism knows. The rainbow flag is therefore a symbol of white supremacy. Not that many "rainbow warriors" will understand physics.
absolutely right. if the progressives are going to force abortion and gay marriage upon us, then they have to accept the fact that we want our freedoms also. this cannot be a rights for me but not for thee deal.
Who is forcing you to have an abortion, or marry someone of the same sex?
Maybe government buildings should just stick to waving flags of their actual government, instead of other governments flags or flags of different groups.
I think that would be a solution where no one is offended, and no controversy can be found.

So you see nothing wrong with the rainbow flag and the Whitehouse being pictured in rainbow colors but it is wrong to fly the confererate flag? Who is going overboard with the PC issue? The Rainbow flag has nothing to do with PC, and I am not a homophobic by anymeans.
Only flags on State government buildings should be US and State. Anything else will offend someone (or a whole lot of someones) and should be avoided. Is that really hard to understand?
Public streets aren't the same thing as government buildings....
Public property is public property.
