B-b-b-but I thought this type of stuff was only exclusive to the south? At any rate, from what I understand, and heard this morning there is one Toledo judge who will be presiding over ALL marriages, so therefore it seems that there was a resolution to the problem, and gay people will not have to worry about another judge refusing to marry them because it is contradictory to their beliefs.
I would follow Obama's lead and not recognize the validity of the so-called "gay 'marriage'" decision. If Obama decided to ignore the "Defense of Marriage" Act (law), then any judge ought to be allowed to ignore this ridiculous SCOTUS ruling, which is not based on the Constitution.
