Because state legislatures hold the purse strings for distributing federal funds....

State legislatures in places where your article indicated have the highest Medicaid births are run by Republicans. It's very simple.....

You yourself said you preferred to donate to private charities instead of giving the government more money to meet the poors' needs. That's the conservatives'/republicans' position on helping the poor.

Wouldn't that then mean they're paying MORE for all those extra Medicaid births, not less, as you assert?

Why would an atheist have a problem receiving charity? They are already on the government dole. It is not like the chruch makes you convert before giving you food.

Atheist on the government dole? What are you talking bout?

It's very clear that you don't support giving the government any more money to meet the poor's needs, and instead prefer to donate to private charities. You stated both in your own posts.

Have you changed your mind about not sending extra money to the U.S. Treasury?

Being dishonest and putting words in someone's mouth is trolling.

So you can't post everything I said and choose to continue to be dishonest. I reported you again. Can't have an adult conversation with someone who chooses dishonest.tactics, therefore it's trolling.

You have already said you choose to donate to private charities rather than send the U.S. Treasury more money to care for the poor. Conservatives/Republicans feel the same way.
