The base of support for ILLEGAL immigration is the EMPLOYERS that ILLEGALLY EMPLOY THEM.

These employers need to be investigated, indicted, tried and jailed for breaking our laws. This includes some sections of the Federal Government (BLM, FS, PS) that, by using "labor contractors", get around the laws requiring the government to only hire citizens or legal documented immigrants. Once the demand created by employing these people is eliminated most of the problem goes away.

This would not limit the criminals from ignoring our borders but there activities are covered by existing law that should be openly enforced.

The repeat criminal that killed the girl in San Francisco should be taken out and hanged.

Beware of laws named after victims--they're often knee-jerk reactions by pandering politicians.

This is true. knee jerk responses like this are misguided, plus how does locking up people who cross the border illegally help? We should be focusing resources on clearing the streets of dangerous criminals, not worrying about the poorest of people who break an immigration law (and I am not proposing ignoring that either).

Obama doesn't follow laws anyway. Obama is a rogue president who makes his own laws or ignores the laws he wants to.. Never knew a president like him and hopefully we will never get another dictator who is disgustingly removed from the protection of American people for his own political gain.

Yes a real dictator making his own laws, LOL

What are you going to complain about after 2016.

Could continue blaming Obama... just like Obama and his cult members have done of Bush even though Bush has been gone for over six years...

We can't do both? It is local and state authorities that are responsible for seeking out citizen criminals. It is the fed's responsibility to seek out illegal aliens. Are you saying they can't do their job? If so, then why have immigration laws at all? I note your little remark of "poor" people. Trying to tug on our heartstrings? Me thinks so!

Are you denying that Obama makes his own rules? After 2016 if we have another president that does the same thing then we will complain about the new dictator, duh.

The Europeans weren't invaders. This country/continent was a wide open frontier with no immigration laws or established governments or borders. The so-called native American's ancestors migrated here just like the Europeans did.

Mexicans here illegally don't haven't any right to this country. Their country is Mexico not the U.S. Even their indio ancestors settled south of our border not in our country. Brown skin? Oh my, how racist to salivate over the loss of other skin tones. Pro-illegals make these kinds of comments and yet those of us for the rule of law are the racists? Really?
