I had to tell my elderly parents about snopes after they fell for stuff repeatedly.
Op you should stop following that blog or reprimand whichever friend forwarded it to you. Anyone that reads slanted stuff from places like that and the left is no better....you either need to fact check everything or look like an idiot often.
Unfortunately, since the article’s author (not Principal Gutierrez) used the word “racism” in the article’s opening line, this brief opening passage was taken out of context and spun into a claim that Portland schools were seeking to “ban” peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for being “racist.”
The peanut butter thing may have been distorted but that principal was undoubtably a lunatic. She finally quit last winter after writing a blog post about "When Men of Color Sacrifice Women of Color to Save Fragile White Women."
PB&J should be praised for its diversity!! It is like ebony and ivory, dogs and cats, water and melon...living together happily. If peanut butter and jelly can get along, so can we!
Sadly while this one is fake there are some real claims out there that are pretty bad.
Full power to the deflector shields Mr Scott!
