Actually whomever did this is some sort of nuttier...At least they didn't come after the car owner's with a knife, hammer, or other such zeal!! It's strictly a guy/women ( not going to blame all things on one gender)..who want's to create fear...I say get those video-cams out their..catch these defacer's on camera..Charge them with a crime..throw their kestrels into lockup!!
I just want to point out..the guy that killed the in Ottawa 2 people..turns out to be a Canadian born in 1982 ( known drug addict) became a convert to Islam..and changed his name..tried togo over to join ISIL...Point I'm making..This murderer was born in Canada..Born to non-Muslim parents..and due to lifestyle..drugs and no doubt other nefarious behaviours..became radicalized ( while sitting in some hellhole watching/reading ISIL propaganda )

BBM~~ As it turns out that neither those killed in Ottawa nor the other attack on soldiers prior..(Both) ALL were NOT Muslim originals/ but disenfranchised adults looking for a purpose..which will always lead to dead..They think by killing representative..then dying..somehow they will be welcomed into open arms by THAT God/Allah the became to believe..So trying to pigeonhole all these things are infiltrated Muslims..is not been proven nor found applicable here in Canada....It's actual Citizen's/Originally non-mulsims usually involved in Drugs or other nefarious illegal activities...
Should be easy to find them if they were purchased in bulk because who buys bumper stickers in bulk?
I would think these people just have some kinda label maker of sorts attached to their computer.
