I actually never came close to making that argument.

I cant determine if its better or worse in Norway given I've never even been there, let alone worked there to make a comparison.

I'm sure its nice to be a world traveler like yourself who has been all over the world apparently.

And no one owes you a dam job. I've been self employed for 15 dam years, and who do you think you are, to be in a better position to determine what I can pay an employee, and what they should work for, than THEY ARE?

Thats some dam ego boost you got there.. determining the value of hundreds of millions of peoples labor, all over the country.

Makes me wonder how these people dont think that the need for government to dictate their wages, dont = them being a failure.

i'd HATE to have government determine I'm worth $x an hour, and not myself.. Some of these people seem proud of it.

The people that advocate for higher wages for the poor are actually doing quite well. They advocate for others because they have a conscience. Poor people do not know enough as to ask for a 15.00 minimum wage. The people that advocate for these wages are generally well off.

But, don't get me wrong--------I can see why this is an issue for middle class republicans.

The people that advocate for these wages are usually
A) Government people trying to buy votes, at someone elses expenses
B) Unions, trying to increase their own salaries, by boosting the cost of living and thus justifying a raise
C) People who dont give a crap about pushing jobs overseas
D) People refusing to go get an education, and destined to flip burgers for a living, but want more money.

There is no "conscience", involved, its GREED..
