How many people are able to crowd into Vatican City to see the little man stick his head out the window and pontificate? That's the number you should be working from, not some silly extrapolation.
Church groups help immigrants... help themselves, to tax payer assistance. Then these church groups walk away with about $700 a pop.. not a bad gig.. Luthern, Catholic, Jewish and a few others petition the government to "help" these poor downtrodden.. FARCE
That is exactly how they do it...time and time again.
I am always surprised that most folks just don't get it.
.
It's amazing how many Americans, presumably protestants, are ignorant of the fact that the catholic church is christian; the first organized christian church in fact. That propaganda seems to have worked on the most gullible.
So now christians are attacking each other. Good luck with dividing up into your little denominations and fighting one another. You are just making it easier for islam to gain more traction.

Yes and they can live pretty much the same way folks who sought refuge in the Super Dome which is basically about the same size!
The vatican obviously can't physically help refugees. It's only a few hundred acres all of which are occupied. It does help refugees worldwide through its charity programs, obviously.
They help one hell of a lot more that those on here crying about the Pope.
Actually the Pope has spoken and acted against that opulence, he leads by example and has made strides, but the biggest question is are you referring to yourself in the third person? because you are the OP.
The Vatican is a District. There are three throughout the world : DC, London's financial District, and the Vatican. They function under a seperate set of governing laws and are exempt from many mandates that aplly everywhere else.
The Vatican Is A Country. The Vatican Should Take In Thousands of Syrian Refugees.
The pope has already told every church in Europe to take a refugee family. Why encourage more of this? The Vatican should shut up for a while and meditiate on what a Muslim Europe would mean for its church and all of Western civilization.
Doesn't matter. It's a wealthy country. It can afford to help downtrodden and persecuted refugees.
It doesn't matter? I know people who own larger farms!
Did you take physics or even basic math? It's physically impossible to house, as you seem to believe, 100,500 people on 110 acres. Your premise is that it's a country, while ignoring that only 450* people live/work there in the first place.
Let's put this into perspective: 110 acres=208' × 208' x 110 = 4.78M/100,(450*) = 47 square feet per person on open land. This is smaller than the typical prison cell in the US.
How humane of you!

It appears that the leaders of these dominant religions are hypocrites of the highest order.
So, Vatican City "the country" added nearly 2% to the population. That's the equivalent of the US taking in more than 500,000 refugees.
On the other hand, Mecca is more than 450 square miles... which is more than enough to handle ALL of the refugees!!!

That is what ignorance breeds... and they take their soap box everywhere they go.
