Maybe Brownback should be more concerned about the damages he is doing to his own state rather than other people's marriages and medical procedures....
Not likely since it would have to be done by the same court that allowed it in the first place. Even if a Republican is elected next and has the opportunity to appoint a new justice who voted for it I doubt the SC would listen to the argument again. That isn't likely to happen until all of the justices have been replaced over the next many years and by that time it isn't likely to be an issue to enough people for the court to hear it.
He can say it will be rolled back to try and gain votes in Kansas, but that doesn't mean it's going to happen.
It must be nice to be wrong about every issue, especially when he can't even run his own state.
Brownbacks 15 minutes are going to be up soon and then he can go sit on some conservative think-tank somewhere and tell the willfully ignorant what they want to hear for a living.
Why would I want to do that, I do not know him and he is a big boy and can make his own choices and mistakes, Just like Brownback.
