Well, they're certainly out of wedlock now aren't they?

Being the child of divorced parents is different from being born outside of marriage. What is YOUR point?

Probably Asian. I'm guessing that, like certain crime statistics, they lump whites in with Hispanics in an effort to make the former look worse than they actually are.

I have never heard of children gaining the status of being born 'out of wedlock' when their parents divorce. But since you seem concerned about the children, you can quit worrying- the parents share custody.

Which shows that the father is in his children's lives. Sounds like even with the divorce, the choice could have been much worse.

It's not a valid study, she started with a conclusion and used data to make her case. How many people of each race were included? From one geographic area, or from several? What were the ages and marital status of the people in her study. This was not a research paper, it's garbage.

This is how I see things. I don't deny that there are some very negative stats involving Blacks. That said, I see a large degree of anger towards Blacks. I think this thread drew those who wanted to vent their anger at Blacks. One thing I would point to are some gross generalizations that were made. Such attack against you shows a high level of anger and a inability to think rationally.

Yes, they call that a "hypothesis." You'll tend to see those in scientific studies.

Not much of a hypothesis when the methodology is not disclosed is it?

I was citing the very study that is the subject of discussion in this thread. I know that you take the negative figures personally, but unless you are a deadbeat Black father, I don't see why you should.
