There are not millions of people that share the sheriff's opinion? I would say it's more like 10.

Do you think that people in law enforcement that believe in theories like that are fit to handle this situation.
Facebook is not personal? Then we should tell that to the millions of people who use Facebook for personal purposes by posting personal photo's, videos, and messages with their family and friends.

You tell the world that Facebook is not personal and subject to public scrutiny and possible legal actions based on what a person posts then you will see millions of people stop using Facebook and the company/stocks will collapse.

I would encourage them too. Facebook has been proven over and over again to be anything but secure when it comes to protecting your personal data and think about this ... if the government wanted to investigate you ... your Facebook page is the first place they go and typically they can find out more about a person and their associates from Facebook than a FBI investigation without Facebook.

If the government didn't come up with Facebook for domestic surveillance then they are very stupid.

No one could even see his facebook rantings if they weren't PUBLIC. This man is not a genius and now his ridiculous words are coming back to haunt him.

So?
