I agree. I once tried to listen, but he is clearly speaking to the lowest denominator. I could listen to folks like Bill Bennet in the old days, but Rush is truly BAD.

Years ago I used to listen to Limbaugh, I thought the show was very funny. But then it dawned on me that he was ACTUALLY SERIOUS !!!!!

I used to love when Dr. Walter Williams filled in for Rush. He was a hoot. Now, I like the show best when Mark Steyn fills in.

Agreed on Williams, especially when he had Sowell on.

A friend of mine, who has since passed, was a sports reporter who covered baseball in KC. He said that even then, (Rush was also a baseball reporter), that Rush was horrible to deal with. He said that Limbaugh was so arrogant that no one waned to deal with him. Luckily, Limbaugh got fired for not being very good.
