Trump was ridiculed for his theatrical portrayal of his phone conversation with the Ford CEO if he becomes president. Well, he is not even nominated and Ford feels the heat. You have to dig deep in wire services to read the news. This actually shows how weak and inconsequential the rest of the field is. Could Carson, Rubio or Bush have done this? They didn’t even try.

Ask the 1000 workers if it is fair. Besides, that is not the point any way. It illustrates the power of persuasion and shaming that Trump brings to the table that others absolutely lack.

Are you actually dumb enough to think this wasn't in the works before some idiot blowhard came along?

You do realize this was publicly announced like 1.5 years ago, right? Which means it was in the works even before that.

No one was even seriously considering that Trump might run when this decision was made.
