The Vice principle said she had to leave. She refused.
The security officer said she had to leave. She refused.
The cop said she had to leave. She refused. She was hauled out.
I bet her mama would be able to get her out - and I'd bet it would look 10x worse than how the cop handled it - assuming her mother or father care about her.

I'm starting a new thread b/c I'd like to know why the cops were called to remove her from the classroom. In all my years of school, I have never seen cops come in to remove a kid from a classroom. What did she do?
The way she was handled may have been rough, but IMO, it looks a lot worse than it is b/c the desk and chair are attached. If all he had to do was get her up from a chair, it would not have looked as bad.

I mentioned in the other thread that Police removing a disruptive kid from a class was happening when I was in high school in the 70's. The disruptive kid was typically drunk or high. I recall several who were dragged out of class. Most kids applauded.
More than one kid chose to bolt through a ( 2nd- 3rd floor) window. No media showed.
Cell phones, Internet and social media had not been invented.

I believe I could have slid that desk right out the door with her in it, without getting physical.
In the old days a call to the parent, would have happened... Let the parent get physical.
If you don't get here, I am going to get physical with her.... I'll be right there.
You place your hands on my child.... You will pay a heavy price and it may mean your life. I don't care who you are or who you think you are.
You use her peers against her in that situation. Everyone gets in trouble for her actions in the classroom.. Guess who becomes the bad guy and will straighten up.
I'm not concerned. If she wouldn't leave the class, then forceful removal was the only option. Hope she learned a lesson, but I doubt it.
