The concept of vastly increasing the cost of our products for export so we can remove 92% of our pollutants vs 90% of our pollutants than negotiating a "free trade" agreement with a country that pollutes all it wants is not Progressive. Anyone who is a serious indoor grower of MJ knows all of the above as CO2 systems have been used for years. It works really well with hydroponic grows.
