Liberals, how many Syrian migrants will you be taking into your own homes? Are you going to walk the walk, or simply talk the talk?

How many babies have you adopted? How many homeless vets are living with you, there are 150,000 of them that need your help. The poor are hungry, how many are you feeding everyday, 3X a day?

So, I take that as you're not taking in any? If not, why do you want to put the burden on other people to take care of them?

How about having a Syrian refugee policy where the refugees have to be sponsored by someone and the refugees have to live at the sponsor's property for two years. That way, no tax funds are forcefully taken away from American citizens who don't agree with a practice that pays for people from another nation.

Yep. Deflection is a sure sign of their hypocrisy.

Taking care of the needy within a nation ensures a safely and orderly nation, and therefore, tax funds is a proper use of such causes. Taking care of individuals from another nation might be noble, but not obligatory for citizens from another nation thousands of miles away.

Well on a whole, conservatives are more generous with charity than liberals are.
Liberals would rather enact polices that make them feel good but they aren't willing to step up themselves. The OP asked an excellent question.

Quote:
Liberals show tremendous compassion in pushing for generous government spending to help the neediest people at home and abroad. Yet when it comes to individual contributions to charitable causes, liberals are cheapskates.
Quote:
“When I started doing research on charity,” Mr. Brooks wrote, “I expected to find that political liberals — who, I believed, genuinely cared more about others than conservatives did — would turn out to be the most privately charitable people. So when my early findings led me to the opposite conclusion, I assumed I had made some sort of technical error. I re-ran analyses. I got new data. Nothing worked. In the end, I had no option but to change my views.”
