Well, conservatives aren't as monolithic as liberals, so the answer may vary depending on who you ask. One meaning you can derive from that is that we mean to combat the cultural Marxism that has now become very prevalent in leftist circles, academia, and society in general. From extreme amounts of political correctness, to anti-white propaganda, mass immigration into traditionally white nations, and so on.
Essentially, we seek to take back the narrative from the "progressives". In previous centuries armies fought, but now our most important battles are ideological. We fight malicious, parasitic, and self destructive ideas that the cultural Marxists among us champion and push for their own selfish reasons.

Nah, it ain't that deep. Most conservatives can't even decipher what you're saying, let alone believe it.
Conservatives by and large generally wish to see 1) our governments (both State and Federal) familiarize themselves with and abide more closely with the original intent of the Constitution and our federal system of republican representative democracy with built-in checks and balances and 2) our people become more responsible for their own actions and own personal liberty.
Its fairly simple.

Yes. But they can't be because they can't deal with the repercussions.
That's the real problem. No one is denying them their right to be offensive. Go ahead.
The problem is who gets to decide what's offensive and what repercussions. Would it be okay to you if just saying 'cracker' or 'honk i e' or 'white privilege' or anything negative about white people no matter how true got you fired?
Political Correctness has no logical or moral grounding; it's nothing but a collection of dictates by a self-appointed gang of elitists, and constantly changing according to the whims of the elite.
In contrast, conservatism, particularly when grounded in a libertarian or Objectivist philosophy, revolves around two simple ideas (1) that every individual has the right to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness (self-actualization) provided the rights of all other individuals are equally respected (and please don't insult our intelligence with any claptrap about ("mankind", "humanity", "society" or any supposed "greater common good"), and (2) that personal, expressionary, and economic freedom are unitary and inseparable; tamper with one, and the other will soon be compromised.
Obviously, these ideas can't be micro-managed in the real world, and I doubt that most of us would be willing to forsake the principle of a "safety net" (much if which can be privatized and locally overseen) -- but that mechanism does not have to be centrally organized and adjudicated by a monolithic authority ruled not by the need for efficiency, but by a pursuit of power alone.
And is the endless pursuit of additional power and someone's else's hard-earned wealth that drives all "progressives"; that, and the desire to suppress and silence all opposition to the dogma determined to be Politically Correct.
In short, scratch a "progressive" -- and you'll find the motives of both a Fascist and a common thief, seeking to legitimize him/herself by power alone. And as Acton said about a century and a half ago: "Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely"
