Kerry really has to stop to engage in this leftist intellectualism. I know he is fluent in french and is very in line with the liberal societies of Europe, but this goes to far.
The quote you posted doesn't say what you're saying that it does. Did you not actually read the entire quote?
Kerry corrects himself after saying "legitimacy" and says that with you can at least cite a reason behind the Charlie Hebdo attack. There was no real rationale behind the chosen targets in last week's attack.

1. There was absolutely a rationale to the attack (doesn't mean we approve of it) because they ran the cartoon.

As opposed to just a random bombing somewhere for general reasoning or a rampage by an individual mad about Palestine etc.

2. Kerry mistakenly used the word legitimacy and immediately corrected himself. If you've ever complained about gotcha moments and latch onto this....you're a flaming hypocrite.

Basically, the only people that are going to fall for this sort of garbage are far-right idiots in an echo chamber....hence the source.

You aren't winning any moderates like me over with this sort of garbage.

P.S. Before you get all butt-hurt and brainlessly start calling me a lib poopy head, try to engage in debate....you'll lose but you'll at least have some self-respect.

This reminds me when Donald Trump said that he could have prevented 9-11.

But he didn't.

I guess that means Trump was at least complacent to the 9/11 attacks or behind them right?

Just like all republicans.

LMAO...dishonestly interpreting, chopping and phrasing is so much fun.

I sometimes wonder if he and Obama are TRYING to get a Republican elected next year! SO many liberals are already turned off by Hillary saying similar things, not to mention the nutty socialist.

How did that attack not have a rational? They ****ing told us what it was. Kerry stated what should be the obvious. They were offended by a cartoon of Mohammad. Saying it has a rational isn't saying it had a just reason. It just means there was a motive. Most terror attacks have one. That shouldn't be controversial; it's a fact. Yeah, it doesn't have the same magical tone of 'AMERICA HELL YEAH!' which is about as intellectual as much of this forum can take, but it's a fact that there was a rational, no matter how stupid of one, behind the Charlie Hebdo attack.

What DOES get me is since so many "Muslims" get all butthurt of their "Mohammad" idol being "insulted" by "infidels"; maybe they just NEED to keep their butts IN Muslim countries. God knows most of us DON'T want their kind as it is. Tho it really seems to be an Arab Muslim thing, the Kurds and so on don't seem to be as stupid over it.
