So why doesn't the black lives matter movement protest black on black killings? (bias, party)

Since blacks commit the most murders per person and overwelmingly kill the most black people why don't they protest this since "black lives matter?" If blacks stopped killing blacks it would stop 90% of the black killings.

B/c there are dozens of organizations doing that already. There are 0 groups focused on the institutional bias in the American justice system.

The only reason you want BLM to focus on the Black community is so you can continue to ignore the things they are talking about.
