That's what happened at a restaurant out in Nevada.
They used the same blender for both meat and desserts and 22 people got e. coli from the chocolate mousse dessert.
Note that NV has one of the toughest and most pro-active Health Depts in the US. It is a State Agency...not local. The establishment was run by a reasonably famous chef. The Southern Nevada Health Dept is notorious for surprise and very detailed inspections.

This is a celery recall. Taylor Farms isn't really a farm but a processing and distribution center.
