So what will moonbats cry about after they realize this does nothing to stop lunatics and terrorists from getting guns?

Non-existent.
They are only myths that live in the minds of the self deluded.

Let's be fair and do a trial run.
We'll ban all guns for a year and see what happens.

It won't. Just like it doesn't in Chicago, or Paris. The loony left doesn't think things through... /SMH

As long as left-wing nuts keep focusing on the weapon rather than its operator, they are going to continue missing the point.

Think ladders are a good idea? Most of us do. Fire departments build trucks around them. Ladders are great...

...unless you happen to be the Lindberg baby.

The offender is the bad thing here, not the tool they use.

1) CA has a mandatory background check law. But they were not sold legally to the terrorists that had them. Somewhere, someone either broke the background check law by selling them to the terrorists, or the guns were stolen.

2) Every semi-auto in CA has to have a reduced capacity magazine and it has to be permanently attached. Both weapons were illegally modified for standard capacity magazines. So law 2 broken.

3) One of the guns was reportedly modified for automatic operation (aka "machine gun"). Such modifications are illegal at both the federal and state level. So law 3 broken.

4) The fiance was an alien here on a visa. Her possession of a firearm was a crime. Law 4.

So...since these terrorists weren't bothered by breaking these gun control laws-just what makes some weak-minded people think they would obey others? Not to mention that they broke laws against murder. Here's a clue for the perpetually slow-criminals break laws.
Everything you stated is probably right, but should we have no laws at all because they can be broken.
All laws are made to deter a behavior based on the consequence of breaking the law involving that behavior, absolutely nothing to stop you from breaking any laws but we still have them why is gun control any different.

His move won't impact me as I only buy from a dealer. I would like to see the statistics that show mass shootings are committed by people who bought their guns by using this alleged loophole. This is basically pandering and show boating. Obama never misses an opportunity to use a crisis to further his agenda. Sadly he never seems to be able actually focus on what the real issues are or what the majority of us want.

turns out according to CA standards and misleading information, NJ allows 'high capacity' magazines. 10 vs 15 round magazines.

If a guy has a state license he can sell just so many guns a year, if he goes over, he needs a federal firearms license.

'Straw purchases' are already illegal, so putting another hurdle in the way is to not put another hurdle in the way of buying guns, for nefarious intent.

If a guy buys 50 guns, how many can he carry and how much ammo can he lug around in a wagon behind him?

If the limit on gun purchases it to prevent guns form being distributed to other gang members it is useless. Many collect guns like other people collect stamps orfancy cars...for investment.

Obama tows thecompany line, eliminate private gun ownership eventually by pecking away at law abiding gun owners. That agenda is more important than saving lives from gang violence downstream form drug sales. Obama is willing to sacrifice the 9 year innocent kids to achieve his agneda. Otherwise he would push for measures other than just firearm restrictions as that doesn't even touch the issue.

Hey when obama says, " if you like your gun you can keep your gun" run Bambi run!!! and that's what so many people are doing by first time gun purchases.
No one but Lexus believes obama. In this situation the ausdience is right.

Right on que the media has been releasing studies showing that gun ownership is dropping. Obviously they confused that with the the diminishing number of people looking for jobs.

Amazing such a great orator is unable to communicate. Maybe it is pattern of lying? People nowrealize the sounds coming from obama's mouth are as intelligible as the mooing from a herd of holsteins lining up for evening milking.
